Oakvanta Retail LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others
and expects users, customers, and visitors of our website to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond to
properly submitted notices regarding alleged copyright infringement.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that copyrighted material owned by you has been copied, displayed,
uploaded, or otherwise used on our website in a manner that constitutes copyright
infringement, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice to us.

Your DMCA notice should include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized
to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or,
if multiple copyrighted works are involved, a representative list of those works.
  • Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and sufficient
information to allow us to locate the material, including the relevant URL
    or webpage when available.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material
is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty
of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf
    of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result
of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification.

A counter-notification should include:

5. Restoration of Removed Content

When a valid counter-notification is received, we may provide a copy to the party
who submitted the original copyright complaint.

Where permitted under applicable law, removed material may be restored unless the
original complaining party informs us that appropriate legal action has been filed
seeking to prevent restoration of the material.

6. Repeat Infringement

Oakvanta Retail LLC reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances, to restrict
or terminate access to our services for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights
or other intellectual property rights of others.

7. Customer-Submitted Designs

Customers who submit artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, or other designs
for printing, embroidery, or customized products are responsible for ensuring that
they have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use such materials.

By submitting content for production, you represent that your use of the content
does not violate the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
of any third party.

8. False or Misleading Notices

Submitting a knowingly false or misleading copyright infringement notice or
counter-notification may result in legal liability.

Before submitting a DMCA notice, you should carefully consider whether the disputed
use may be authorized by the copyright owner, licensed, or otherwise permitted by law.

9. Trademark Complaints

The DMCA primarily applies to copyright claims. If your concern involves a trademark,
brand name, logo, or other intellectual property matter, please contact us directly
and provide sufficient information for us to review your complaint.
